About Me:

I’m a mom, wife, attorney, freelance writer, executive coach and consultant with a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I’ve lived outside Tel Aviv, in Johannesburg, New York, New Jersey and now call Pittsburgh home. I love travel, reading and spending time with family and close friends.

Writing, research and presenting are a passion and I’m always up for a discussion on work-life balance, finding purpose, living mindfully, Imposter Syndrome and helping others.

In my spare time (haha, what exactly does that mean?) I’m a blogger for The Times of Israel, and my articles have been featured in various publications including Huffington Post, Cosmopolitan, Seventeen, Good Housekeeping, House Beautiful, Town & Country, Elle Decor, Country Living, Woman's Day, Redbook, Esquire, Yahoo News, Beyond Your Blog, YourTango, The Jewish Chronicle, Algemeiner, SheSavvy, Kveller, Parent Co, The Mighty, Grown and Flown, Mogul, Beliefnet, All4Women, the Journal of Educational Gerontology, Her View From Home, The Good Men Project, Scary Mommy, Authority Magazine and more.

You can head over to my website to explore executive coaching, Imposter Syndrome navigation and management and links to my Podcast, Beyond Your Job, which is on Spotify, Apple, iHeart, Amazon and YouTube.

Thanks so much for visiting my blog!
